Who we are

Himalayan SE Labs ("Himalayan SE Labs," "we," "us," or "our") develops Scripture engagement applications and digital platforms for Himalayan language communities. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it. It does not cover data handling inside the mobile or web applications we build for individual language partners — those are covered by separate agreements with each partner organization.

Information we collect

When you use the contact form on this site, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The message you send us

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify you're not a bot before your message is sent. Turnstile may process your IP address and device/browser signals as part of that check; it does not use tracking cookies or show a CAPTCHA challenge. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry. We don't use this information for marketing, and we don't sell or rent it to third parties.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site:

• Resend — delivers your contact form message to our inbox by email.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — verifies form submissions aren't automated.
• Cloudflare Web Analytics — cookieless page-view analytics; it doesn't use tracking cookies or collect personally identifiable information across sites.

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments. We don't otherwise share your information with third parties.

How long we keep it

We don't have a fixed retention schedule for contact form messages. We keep them as long as needed to respond to you, after which they age out along with the rest of our normal email history. You can ask us to delete a specific submission at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Cookies

This site doesn't set marketing or advertising cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile and Cloudflare Web Analytics are both designed to operate without persistent tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. We'll respond as quickly as we reasonably can.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Nepal.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
